Kaiko Thread Pick 'Em Stack

Designed for those who find deep satisfaction in extraction — pulling, digging, and working through resistance until it's all out. The Kaiko Thread Pick 'Em Stack is a purposeful sensory tool that supports body-focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs) such as skin picking and hair pulling, offering a safe, satisfying alternative that meets the sensory need without harm.

What's in the stack

Three silicone discs, each filled with different materials and levels of resistance:

• Disc 1 — Dual Fibre: Polyester thread and Japanese nylon fishing line combined. The thread can fray and break during extraction, adding to the challenge. The nylon mimics the sensation of pulling an ingrown hair — you can feel the ends along the sides before you find them.
• Disc 2 — Rainbow Cord: Vibrant polyester cord with strong resistance and a satisfying, visible hole on removal.
• Disc 3 — Nail Art Thread: Fine fibres (colours vary) with less resistance but more challenge — partial to breaking, which creates more opportunity to dig and work.
