NDIS Orders
We support National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Participants. That means we accept NDIS orders and payments for participants who are Self Managed and Plan Managed only. We are not an NDIS registered provider and are not able to process any NDIA Managed Payments.
For those who are Plan Managed or Self Managed, please check that your budget allows for consumables. It is recommended to speak with your plan manager about the items you wish to order.
Remember to include your NDIS Participant Name and Number, and your Plan Managers email address in the 'Order special instructions' section on your shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout.
Please DO NOT SELECT "Buy with Shop Pay" if you would like an invoice emailed to your plan manager or self for payment. This option will bill the card you have saved in your shop account and override any payment options we offer.
How to complete your order without payment
During the check out process,
- Click on the "Check out" button.
- If the shop Pay logo is displayed scroll down to payment method and expand it. Then select Alternative payment methods
Scroll down to payment options where you can select NDIS Plan Managed to complete the order without payment. Please
allow upto 2 working days for us to manually send you an invoice.
