Returns Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, all claims for any returns or exchanges need to be made within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Please check all items upon receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products you have ordered from Sensory Play Store we are happy to arrange for a product exchange or refund following the below guidelines. 

For change of mind or incorrectly ordered items, postage costs are liable to the customer. All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging with tags/labels attached.  

NDIS orders

Please note that NDIS orders paid for with NDIS funds can not be refunded however we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit. Please consult with your OT or therapist in regards to what is suitable for the intended person. 

Instructions for returns or exchanges

To request a return please contact us within 14 calendar days via email contact@sensoryplaystore.au with the following details

Subject: returns/exchange and Order number

The reason for return or exchange and what you would like to exchange the item/s for. 

You will be sent details for returning the item/s and may be asked to complete a form.

All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging with tags/labels attached.

Instructions for faulty or damaged products

We will offer a replacement for any items that arrive faulty or damaged and cover shipping expenses.

Please notify us within 14 calendar days via email contact@sensoryplaystore.au with the following details

Subject: Faulty product and Order number

Please include photos of any damage or faults and your contact number.

You will be sent a return shipping label or further details and may be sent a form to complete.

Non-returnable items

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns or exchanges for any oral or chewable items or any fabric or wearable items such as body socks or weighted products. Exceptions may be made, at our discretion, if the product is unopened and unused in original sealed packaging.

Refunds Policy

All approved refunds will be refunded on your original payment method, this means the same credit card or payment method used to purchase the item/s. Please be patient as this can take some time for our merchant and your bank or credit card provider to process and settle the funds.
