Shipping Policy

Sensory Play Store currently uses Australia Post for most deliveries to offer our customers reliable and cost effective shipping. Larger items are sent via courier and can not be delivered to PO Boxes.

Handling and Dispatch 

Orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Hobartville NSW within hours or 3 business days, unless an item is out of stock. In the event an item is out of stock it will be dispatched as soon as it is available. 


Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with the tracking details. Track your parcel directly with Sendle

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on where you live and an indication of times is provided during checkout. For the most updated delivery estimates please go to the track your parcel page on Sendle.

Third Party Suppliers

Most of our products are stocked in our store / warehouse in Hobartville, NSW. In order to enhance our product range, we do have arrangements with a few suppliers for them to ship products directly to you. This includes our large bulky items. You will receive tracking information for these items directly from the suppliers.
