Heating your neck pack in the microwave

• Heat for a maximum of 2 minutes at a time, to ensure even distribution of heat
• check and move heat pack in the microwave and heat for another 1-2 minutes
• Finally, check after heating to ensure it is safe for use and that there are no extra hot spots
