How To Install Xpand No-Tie Shoelaces

Xpand Shoelaces Installation

Firstly, please DO NOT trim or cut your laces straight away. Wear them around for a few hours to ensure they are the correct length and fit because you don't want to trim them too short,

Detailed Steps for setting up your Xpand Original laces:

  1. Remove current laces: Remove your current laces from your shoes, I suggest only removing one shoe first incase you want to replicate the lacing.
  2. Lace your shoes: Lace your shoes with the Xpand laces, as you would with a regular shoelace, ensuring they are comfortable and snug.
  3. Decide on anchor placement: Choose whether you want your lace anchors on the outside (visible) or inside (stealth) of your shoe.
  4. Visible Mode: Thread the lace end through the center hole of the lace anchor, then through the top hole and over the spike. Snap the lace into the bottom slot of the anchor.
  5. Stealth Mode: You can hide the lace anchor inside the shoe by weaving the lace end under the insole or tucking it under the shoe tongue.
  6. Adjust tightness: Adjust the tightness of the laces to your preference.
  7. Trim excess lace: Trim any excess lace to your desired length and singe the ends to prevent fraying. Then use the provided lace end clips to secure the laces.
